In this workshop, parents and interested community members will use a trauma-informed lens to consider ways children express emotional disregulation and how adults can respond in ways that promote a regulated and calm state. The workshop facilitator will include strategies for building a sense of belonging, focusing on skills rather than behavior, and using the power of language to engage children in supportive and affirming ways. In the first interactive family night within our Partnership with Parents Speakers Series, we welcome the whole crew! Bring your 2nd, 3rd, and 4th graders to learn fun, grade-level appropriate activities you can do with your kiddos from the comfort of home.

Our new After-School programs are designed to allow students opportunities for extracurricular activities, as well as continued learning.
Students will be scheduled for a one (1) hour session, twice a week, between 3:00-6:00 PM for Reading or Math Intervention, or Focused Homework Help. The program will run Monday through Thursday.
